Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming hotline enquiries and provide accurate information to the public.
- Manage appointment-based counter services with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback collection, or appointment reminders.
- Perform backend administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document processing.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to strict government protocols and data confidentiality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service or call centre roles is highly advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in an additional language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) is a strong plus.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
