Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming hotline enquiries and provide accurate information to the public.
  • Manage appointment-based counter services with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback collection, or appointment reminders.
  • Perform backend administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document processing.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to strict government protocols and data confidentiality standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call centre roles is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in an additional language (Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) is a strong plus.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
