Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email enquiries, providing accurate information about our language programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end student enrolment process, including registration, data entry, and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate student records and database information with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate with parents regarding class schedules, course updates, and general feedback.
  • Proactively follow up on prospective student leads to drive enrolment growth.
  • Handle student queries or issues with a professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or administrative roles is highly advantageous.
  • Strong command of English (both spoken and written) to communicate effectively with diverse parents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer literacy.
  • Able to work on weekends (if required) to support peak branch operating hours.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy school environment.
  • Cheerful, patient, and professional personality with a strong service mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
