Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor at the front desk.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications, handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding courses and services.
- Process student enrollments, course registrations, and material distribution accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update student records, attendance data, and financial transactions in the centre's database.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Centre Manager and academic team, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Promote a positive learning environment by addressing student and parent concerns or escalating them appropriately.
- Assist in the coordination of centre events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces are clean, organized, and inviting.
Kualifikasi
- O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. Fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply!
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, or administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong bonus.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Candidates must be able to commit to working shifts, including weekends and evenings.
