- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with customer concerns
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules
