Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with professionalism and efficiency
  • Process ticket bookings, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with event organizers and venue partners to ensure smooth event operations
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
  • Assist in event-day operations including ticket validation and venue coordination
  • Contribute to process improvements and quality assurance initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic data entry
  • Passion for entertainment, arts, and live events is highly desirable
