Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including entry, verification, and fulfillment coordination
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with timely, accurate information
- Proactively track order status and resolve delivery delays or discrepancies
- Maintain detailed customer records and update CRM systems in real-time
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure smooth order execution
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and implement effective solutions
- Support sales team through order documentation and client communication
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years in customer service or order management role
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
