Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with admin, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all order-related activities
- Monitor order status and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
- Support inventory management and stock control activities as required
- Uphold quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or admin support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and order management systems
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong data entry accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
