Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping information, and any changes or updates
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications in the company database
- Identify and escalate issues that may impact order delivery or customer satisfaction
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification, with preference given to candidates with diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and order processing systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Knowledge of logistics processes and shipping procedures is advantageous
