In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that all logistical operations run smoothly. Your primary focus will be to monitor ongoing job progress through regular email and telephone communications. You will act as a bridge between our clients and our internal operational teams, ensuring that any issues or discrepancies are identified and resolved swiftly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for coordinating closely with various departments to address customer inquiries, update status reports, and troubleshoot any placement or delivery challenges. Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor job progress and shipment status through email and telephone communications on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate closely with internal operational and logistics teams to resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to clients regarding their job placement and service status.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and service requests in the company database.
  • Assist in troubleshooting delivery delays and communicate effective solutions to the clients.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved within the agreed service level standards (SLA).
  • Collaborate with the sales and dispatch teams to optimize workflow and improve service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Previous experience in customer service or logistics support is highly preferred.
  • High level of patience and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail when documenting service logs and preparing reports.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling high-pressure situations and complex queries.
