Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards
  • Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems for tracking and reporting
  • Adhere to 24/7 shift schedules while maintaining 5-day work weeks with 2 consecutive rest days
  • Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service processes
  • Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with strong communication skills
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
  • Basic computer literacy with proficiency in CRM software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
