So More Trichologist Lab is looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Receptionist to join our growing team in Tanjung Tokong, Penang. As the face of our brand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients feel welcome, valued, and well-cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

We specialize in trichology and hair wellness, and we are dedicated to providing top-tier service to our clientele. In this role, you will be the first point of contact, managing our front desk operations and supporting our staff to ensure smooth daily operations. If you have excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome all clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, redirecting inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using the company’s management system.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting lounge.
  • Assist in managing customer databases and updating client information accurately.
  • Handle cash handling, payments, and prepare daily sales reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in any field.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front desk role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Malay is an advantage.
