Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information regarding loan products, terms, and company policies to ensure customer understanding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the internal operations team to address complex issues and improve service processes.
- Adhere to all company scripts, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or retail role.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in a full-time shift schedule.
