Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls regarding debt recovery and account status.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement options professionally and ethically.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on their account status and provide clear, empathetic explanations of repayment options.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets related to recovery and service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, data privacy regulations, and industry compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve recovery strategies and communication techniques.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or degree is an advantage.
- Previous experience in debt recovery, collections, or high-volume customer service is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and active listening skills.
- High level of resilience, patience, and professional integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and database management.
- Capacity to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
