Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with high professionalism.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve internal processes and service delivery.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines while maintaining a personalized approach for every customer.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or Call Center environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Zendesk).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts and holidays.
