- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in customer relationship management systems
- Meet key performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
