Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via multiple communication channels
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
- Participate in regular training sessions to develop service skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Patience and empathy when handling customer concerns
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
