Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, BPO, or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a high-volume work environment.
