Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency while maintaining service standards
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using company systems
- Document all customer interactions in CRM platforms for quality assurance
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic proficiency in English for international customer interactions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
