Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and exchange processes.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in our CRM system.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively by following established company policies.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations to shoppers.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a customer service, call center, or retail support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and empathetic approach to conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
  • Educational background (Senior High School graduate or College level/degree).
