Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Meet or exceed personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Document customer interactions and account updates clearly within the CRM system.
  • Handle complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and basic software applications.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain composure during high-stress interactions.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
