Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment that promotes excellence.
Kualifikasi
- At least Senior High School graduate or completed 2 years of college.
- Proven experience in a BPO or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including night shifts and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Driven, goal-oriented personality with a passion for earning potential through performance.
