Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through active listening and effective problem-solving.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in our internal CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including average handle time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to identify process improvements.
  • Adhere to company policies and industry standards regarding data privacy and security.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months of previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment (preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume interactions.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as required by business needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
