Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively, demonstrating empathy and patience in every interaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Meet and strive to exceed key performance metrics, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Average Handle Time (AHT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend process improvements to leadership.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment, handling varying call volumes and shifting priorities with a positive attitude.
Kualifikasi
- At least a senior high school graduate; a college degree is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer-facing role preferred.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while maintaining a conversation.
- Willing and able to work full-time on-site in Cebu City, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrates a high level of empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to team success.
