About the Role:
STACKph is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region. As a key member of our call centre, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₱18,000 – ₱25,000 per month, along with comprehensive health insurance and opportunities for career growth. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and promptly.
- Document all interactions and update customer accounts in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service quality.
- Meet performance targets including call handling time and customer feedback scores.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
- Provide feedback on common issues to management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Patient, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be a resident of Pangasinan or nearby areas.
