- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via Facebook pages and other online platforms
- Provide accurate information about products/services to resolve customer concerns

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Previous customer service or call center experience beneficial
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital communication tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
- Patience and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
