Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process takeaway and delivery orders with high accuracy
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring swift resolution
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the dining experience
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in F&B or hospitality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset
- Food safety certification is advantageous
