Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic solutions to resolve customer issues or concerns.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a personalized and helpful experience.
  • Document customer interactions and update account details accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including average handle time and quality scores.
  • Stay up-to-date with product or service knowledge to provide precise information to clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or BPO environment is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer needs.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work in shifting schedules.
