In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, handling customer inquiries and providing solutions across various platforms including phone, email, live chat, and social media. Your ability to listen actively, empathize with customers, and resolve issues efficiently will be key to your success.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will specialize in delivering prompt, empathetic, and solution-oriented service. You will work in a supportive environment with a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to excel. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary package of ₱15,000 – ₱17,000 per month, plus benefits.
Key aspects of the role include managing high-volume interactions, documenting interactions accurately, escalating complex issues when necessary, and contributing to a positive customer experience. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required, as we offer training for the right candidate.

Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and empathetically
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
- Must be willing to work on-site in Koronadal City, South Cotabato
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
