- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with exceptional service standards
- Handle escalated cases with professionalism and maintain high resolution rates
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while ensuring data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Meet key performance indicators including call handling time and satisfaction scores
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through customer feedback analysis
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across company offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 months BPO customer service experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Proficiency in multitasking and time management in high-volume environments
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Positive attitude with ability to remain composed under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
