Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency while maintaining brand standards
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and follow escalation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time and satisfaction scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in BPO/call center
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with resilience under pressure
- Willingness to work on flexible schedules including weekends
