- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team development
Kualifikasi
- 2-3 years of experience in BPO or customer service environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and in challenging situations
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
