  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions

Kualifikasi

  • 2-3 years of experience in BPO or customer service environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and in challenging situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
