Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Manage and resolve client inquiries and complaints with a professional and empathetic attitude.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding company services and updates.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document client interactions and update internal databases with precision.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate fast and effective issue resolution.
  • Monitor and improve service delivery processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a service-oriented personality.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
  • Willingness to work in shifts as required by the business operations in Badung.
