Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage and resolve client inquiries and complaints with a professional and empathetic attitude.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding company services and updates.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document client interactions and update internal databases with precision.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate fast and effective issue resolution.
- Monitor and improve service delivery processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a service-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by the business operations in Badung.
