As the primary point of contact for our mall visitors, you will play a vital role in upholding our reputation for excellence. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a genuine desire to assist others, and can maintain a calm, professional demeanor even when handling complex inquiries. Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary information hub for mall visitors, providing clear and helpful assistance regarding facilities and events.
  • Manage the mall paging system efficiently to ensure timely announcements and communications.
  • Accurately input and manage PG Card points for our loyalty program members.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on swift conflict resolution.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all tenant locations, promotions, and mall policies.
  • Collaborate with mall operations and security teams to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for periodic reporting and service improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree from any major.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, specifically with data entry and basic office software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Well-groomed appearance with a service-oriented and friendly personality.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
