Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary information hub for mall visitors, providing clear and helpful assistance regarding facilities and events.
- Manage the mall paging system efficiently to ensure timely announcements and communications.
- Accurately input and manage PG Card points for our loyalty program members.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on swift conflict resolution.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all tenant locations, promotions, and mall policies.
- Collaborate with mall operations and security teams to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for periodic reporting and service improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree from any major.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically with data entry and basic office software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Well-groomed appearance with a service-oriented and friendly personality.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
