Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries and sales requests via WhatsApp within specified response times
- Manage end-to-end order processing, including confirmation, tracking, and resolution
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues
- Identify opportunities to upsell products based on customer needs
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest process improvements
- Adhere to company service standards and communication protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or sales support
- Proficient in digital communication tools (WhatsApp, CRM platforms)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency
