Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage all administrative tasks and documentation for the assigned division to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services and internet packages.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases with high attention to detail.
  • Assist in preparing daily and weekly administrative reports for management.
  • Participate in company gatherings and team-building activities to maintain a positive work culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Email, Web Browsing).

  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali.
