Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining detailed records
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience
- Meet performance metrics including call handling times and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail environment beneficial
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Proficient in basic computer applications and customer management systems
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
