As part of our Call Center & Layanan Konsumen division, you will engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary objective will be to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about our services. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Provide accurate product information and explain company policies to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the internal CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team or supervisors.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or during high-volume periods.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and patient attitude.
