- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism

Kualifikasi
- 2-4 years experience in logistics, operations, or customer service
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
