Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information regarding automotive products, services, and company policies.
  • Process service requests, bookings, and warranty claims accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the management team effectively.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets.
