Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information regarding automotive products, services, and company policies.
- Process service requests, bookings, and warranty claims accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the management team effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets.
