Tanggung Jawab
- Respond professionally and promptly to patient enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage and schedule patient appointments to ensure optimal clinic flow and reduce wait times.
- Assist with the patient registration process, verifying personal information and insurance details.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to create a positive first impression.
- Update and maintain accurate patient records and medical history files.
- Handle patient complaints or feedback with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM or a Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in customer service or a medical front-desk role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work full-time hours with a flexible schedule when necessary.
