Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding company products and services.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing skills.
  • Ability to work full-time, including flexible shifts if required.
