Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics.
- Stay updated on company service standards and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English (minimum passive: able to understand instructions and basic conversations).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule if required.
