Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary information center for Paging Mall services
- Assist customers with PG Card point input and redemption processes
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously update knowledge about company products and services
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications and customer service software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Positive attitude and patience when dealing with challenging situations
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
