- Handle customer inquiries related to accounts receivable, billing, and payment processing
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues in a timely manner
- Process payments accurately and maintain updated customer account records
- Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate payment arrangements with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Document all customer interactions and account activities in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or accounts receivable handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial terminology
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
