  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding airline policies, flight schedules, and booking inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • No prior call center experience is required—newbies are highly encouraged to apply!
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
