Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding airline policies, flight schedules, and booking inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and professional resolution techniques.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and accurate service.
- Collaborate with team leaders and peers to ensure all operational targets are met.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Participate in continuous training sessions to stay updated on account-specific protocols.
- Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards to support team performance.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior call center experience is required—newbies are highly encouraged to apply!
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on-site at our Araneta City location.
