Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level applicants (no experience required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to company protocols.
