Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback.
  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets and KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level applicants (no experience required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Willingness to undergo training and adapt to company protocols.
