In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued policyholders, handling a high volume of inquiries with empathy and professionalism. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing requests, and ensuring that every interaction meets our high standards of service excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails regarding auto insurance policies, claims, and general account inquiries.
- Assist customers with policy renewals, cancellations, modifications, and billing questions.
- Process and document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex matters to the supervisor when necessary.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (or High School Diploma with relevant experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
