In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued members, ensuring their questions are answered promptly and their concerns are resolved efficiently. We are looking for a proactive individual who can maintain high standards of service while contributing to our monthly growth targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Handle and resolve member complaints and inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a high degree of professionalism.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPI targets regarding response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department to ensure swift resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide feedback and improve the customer experience.
- Proactively follow up with members to ensure their issues have been fully resolved.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or consumer products is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic attitude.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based employment setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and high-volume workflows.
