Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service or sales experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Proficient with computer systems and customer service software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Residency in Bali or willingness to relocate
