  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and providing accurate, timely solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely in our internal database.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a personalized and efficient service experience.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to ensure service quality standards are met or exceeded.
  • Adhere to company policies, data security guidelines, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in team huddles and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Completed at least Senior High School or 2 years in college (any course).
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM tools or office software.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Prior experience in customer service or BPO is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
